I spent my last two days of
Peak Pilates training on August 23rd, and 24th in Newburyport, MA at
Progressive Bodyworks. Teachers from England, Austrailia, Belgium, Italy, Germany, and Hungary flew in for the advanced workshops. After three years of trainings I will soon take my over-all comprehensive Peak Pilates exam to earn my Comprehensive certificate. I will be the youngest Peak trainer in the world with this title.
